Personally, I happen to like the flavor of Acai berry juice (I make it up from a powdered mix) and sometimes add it to my water bottle at work. I also like pomegranate juice (especially in my martini, lol!). As far as antioxidant or weight loss properties, I have no opinion.

Frankly, I agree with maintaining a healthy, balanced eating regimen and good hydration as your best bet for good health.

I am still looking for that magic anti-menopausal-weight-gain pill, though - just kidding!
