This truly is a serious issue. But I think that it's not just family planning that is of major concern, it's all health care needs. I personally have been putting off my annual mammogram simply because of the cost -- because I have to pay full price due to my incredibly high health insurance premium. I'm supposed to take a medication twice a day for my GERD, but recently I started taking it just once a day while hoping that it will be effective enough to keep my symptoms at bay -- so that I can keep my medication costs down. I think we're all cutting corners these days, and health care costs seem to keep increasing.
