I'm glad the cysts and the mass were just endometriosis. I'm not sure if I'm reading correctly; did you end up losing your ovary?
And when the new pain started, was it just like the old pain, or different?
You mentioned a "weird" pain when you urinate. That shouldn't be related to the endometriosis. Could you possibly have a urinary infection?
here are a couple of pages about UTIs (urinary tract infections) that you could check out to see if these are your symptoms, if so you may need to take a round of antibiotics to wipe it out, but drinking cranberry juice (100% juice, not juice that is artificially sweetened) will a bit help in the meantime:
