Hi, I just went through the same thing this last 4 days! So last month I got my AF 4 days early?? I thought it was because of sex with my fiance triggered it to come early! Then this month it came 5 days late? Compared to April at least? I did get my AF it would have been around the same day as I should have gotten it last month! Honestly I just wanted to share this with you guys! It's a weird thing and I have no idea why it happened. .. probably because I started a new diet and running a lot this last month plus the season has changed! And then worrying about it always makes it come later! I sometimes ask God why he made me a girl?? Ha! But hey don't stress and if this is something you want then don't stress! It just makes it worse!!
