Five days late isn't that late; it's pretty common for women to occasionally just go as much as a week or 10 days late due to hormonal changes in the body. And yes, with what you are talking about -- school, fraternity pledging and your social life -- that is enough stress to affect your hormones.
Are you usually very regular, or are you sometimes irregular?
It would have been possible to get pregnant in this way: Sperm can live in the body for around 72 hours. You had sex on the 7th and 8th days of your cycle, which means you might have had sperm in your system through the 11th day of your cycle. If you ovulated during that time, the sperm could have fertilized the egg and you could have become pregnant.
The 11th day is a little early to ovulate; how long are your cycles, normally? Are they about 28 days apart? More? Less?
Did you take a pregnancy test over the weekend? What were the results?
