Hi,
No, if you had conceived on June 18th, your period would not have begun on June 20th. Conception actually takes 10-14 days, from ovulation to implantation. When you have your menstrual period, that means that the lining of the uterus is shedding BECAUSE there is not an implanted fertilized egg. Our body's cycle is constantly "gearing up" for a possible pregnancy, by ovulating, then thickening the lining of the uterus (as well as many other things). This is all to prepare for a fertilized egg to implant into the thickened uterine lining, and if this does not happen, the body sheds the uterine lining. This is what we know as our period.

Antibiotics, or the illness itself, may impact your cycle. Your symtpoms are most likely signaling an upcoming period. Please write back in a week if your period still has not started!
