Dear Anon, I appreciate your posting and hope to help with your question. First of all, you need to see a GYN doctor who can run some tests, do an ultrasound and provide you with a diagnosis as appropriate. If cysts run in your family, there is always a good chance you may also have them but is that a cause of infertility? I am not sure, so getting a consultation with your doctor is your best bet. You are only 21 and taking care of your body first is more critical than attempting to bring life into this world. Your body will go through many changes during pregnancy, so addressing any health concerns prior to that will be a smart thing to do.
