Eating disorder includes both under and over-eating. Bulimia is extreme over-eating and anorexia is the lack of food intake to the point of starvation. Both are disorders anyway but they don't appeal to the knowledge of the people afflicted. There are no specific treatments for them but a psychological counseling may help to recover the disorder.
