I was just diagnosed with this same thing you all were.. and its first of all, very helpful to know I'm not the only one out there with the same thoughts, feelings, and pain. I decided to go on birth control and quickly got off of it after the first month due to some terrible side effects, and during this one month developed this pain that is now on-going for 3 months since ceasing the birth control pills. I've been doing some research and also feel that perhaps its an issue with my estrogen levels, but my doctor too, rather go the anti-depressant/anxiety route, which I'm not too keen on. I'm so glad I found this community where we can at least support one another and perhaps lend an ear and a helping hand. We all know what is best for our own body after all! I hope all that have this condition find solutions to get rid or at least ease the pain.
