Hello, I too have Sjogrens. The only thing that manages my pain is Prednisone. If I miss a dose my body figuratively, but almost literally screams out in pain. The pain is worse the higher the inflammation is. So, I have blood work done regularly to keep an eye on it. Outside of that I take plain old Aleve (yellow and white capsule).
