I and a 28 y/o male and have painful sensory neuropathy, vasculitis, hyperthyroidism, muscle spasms, fatigue and depression to name a few of my Sjogren's complications. All you can do is to take it easy, stop going to doctors and stop trying to prove to doctors, friends and family that you "really" are sick. Live one day at a time, enjoy every single second and don't give yourself the luxury of having time to think what "might" happen. I tell you. Anything might happen. To anyone. Just live you life, do what you like and don't do what you don't like. Take care.
