If you are having a menstrual period right now, you are not pregnant.
Your period can be heavy or light, you can have "clots" in the blood (most women do have some menstrual blood that comes out in larger tissue "clumps"). This is all normal.
If your period is so heavy that you are soaking through a pad or tampon *every* hour, this could be considered abnormal heavy bleeding that you would want to call a doctor. Otherwise, women will have heavy flow that changes to light flow.
Anytime you have unprotected sex (in the future) you have a very, very high risk of pregnancy. If you do not want to be pregnant right now, and you want to have sex, you must use protection every single time (birth control pills, condom, etc).
