Hi everyone, um I'm not sure if I have HPV or not but I thought this would be a good place to ask this question:
Two weeks ago, I had a Pap done and just the other day my doc called to tell me that I had low grade SIL show up. She didn't say anything about HPV though. Does this mean that I don't have it? Or just that they are going to test me for it during my Colposcopy? I don't know if I should feel relieved that she didn't say HPV or if that would only set me up for heartache when she tests and confirms it. Idk how this works. I've monogamous for a year and a half, just got married a few months back. I know HPV can be dormant for years before you find out about it but... I just need to know if I have HPV, would my doc have told me when she called?
