First of all, four days is not that long for a period to be delayed. May I ask you a couple of questions so I can help you further?

When was the date of your last period?

Did you have unprotected sex, and if so, do you know on what dates?

I am assuming that if 4 days late is a big deal for you, that you are normally very regular. How long are your cycles, usually?

Have you started any new medicine this month, or been under an unusual amount of stress? Anything big in your life different this month?
