I would just add, that if you are scared, I am assuming you are scared for a risk of an unwanted pregnancy?
If so, have you considered taking a home pregnancy test? They are about 99% effective in detecting the pregnancy hormone after a missed period. This is an inexpensive ($15) and quick way to find information for yourself, and we can help you whether your result is positive or negative.
If you are not scared about a pregnancy, what is your concern with being 4 days late?
Are you on any form of birth control, or are you using barrier contraceptive (ie, condom) when you have intercourse? If not, we can also help you decide on what birth control options may be of most interest to you.
