Having UTI like symptoms in summer
It has beee 2 weeks since I have been having UTI like symptoms. I tried one remedy and the relief was immediate!
Here is what I did.
- 1 Cup of rice ( used white rice)
- 4 cups of water

Rinse rice 2 times then let rice soak in 1 cup of water for 30 mins.

Pour rice and water into a blender then add the rest 3 cups of water and bend it. Strain water to remove solids then drink it.

I drank 2 glasses one after other and I felt much better almost after 15 mins of drinking it.

You can also cook water and make rice water using starchy part of boiled water.

Change panty few times a day. Wash your gentiles after going to bathroom for number 2. Wash with soap and water not wipes.
