There is a chance of being pregnant anytime you miss pills, as the effectiveness rate of birth control pills decreases when you miss 2 or more pills in-a-row, and is the reason that you need to use a backup method (condoms) for the next 7 days as the hormones "build back up" in your system.
You also need to follow the instructions to "double-up" on your missed pills over the next two days (you said you "took your pills as normal on the 3rd day, which is actually when you needed to double up on pills).
