Anon, you did exactly what you should have done regarding your pills. You made them up as soon as you realized that you had missed your pills, and you took two pills for two days in a row.
However, what I see on drugs.com is that you ALSO are supposed to use another form of birth control for the seven days following the missed/made-up pills. Here's what I'm referring to (scroll down until you get to where it says "What Happens If I Miss A Dose?":

So this does increase your chances, even slightly, of becoming pregnant. (Every time we miss a pill, our chances increase somewhat). But it is a slight increase. Not huge. Especially since the missed pills were so very early in your cycle.
So don't panic. Chances are there, but they are slight.
