Can you clarify this, as I am confused as to the timeframe you are referring to. When did you actually start your pills, and how many pills did you take before you had sex with your boyfriend?

I also want to make sure this is a legit question, as you end it saying "all the drinking in vegas...". Are you really worried about being pregnant, really do not know how to take your pills, etc? Are you drinking excessively on a frequent basis?

To quickly answer your question: yes, it is possible that you could be pregnant, as anytime you miss pills, do not follow the instructions, do not use back-up protection when needed....there is a possibility of pregnancy. You would need to have taken the pill for at least 7 days in-a-row to be fully protected from pregnancy before having sex.

Let me know if you are really concerned about being pregnant, if you really don't understand or are unable to read the instructions on your pill pack, and I am happy to explain how your pill works, how you take missed pills, how your period works when you are on the pill, etc.
