It is getting confusing with so many "anon" messages, but if you are the one asking about taking your pills, forgetting one pill, having sex, then taking the pill you forgot as soon as you remembered, then you should be OK. It depends how many pills you have taken before this time, what week of the pill you were in, etc. The first week of pills is the worst week to miss a pill, since you have been "hormone free" for the previous 7 days (during your "period" taking the inactive pills).
Please read the instructions that came with your pill pack, but most pills say that if you miss one pill, then take it as soon as you remembered (you said you took it after you had sex, correct?), then you do not need to use another form of birth control (do not need back up), which means there is not an increased chance of pregnancy.
Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "taking two" pills, as this is what you are supposed to do if you miss a pill. Do you still have the instruction booklet that came with your prescription? Can you read it, and ask us what doesn't make sense? When you miss one pill, you need to take that pill PLUS that day's pill (you can take them a few hours apart).
Does this help? Please let me know if I mis-read any of your information.
