Hi, I've been on orth-tri-cyclen for 2 years now, and missed 1 pill during the 3rd week of active hormone pills. i believe i missed it on friday (7/9), took 1 pill on saturday, noticed that i was a day behind on sunday and took 2 pills on sunday. For extra precaution i took plan B on monday (7/12), and started my placebo pills on wednesday. Since i started taking birth control i've gotten my period every saturday after starting the placebo pills, but this month I'm late. it's now sunday and i haven't gotten my period. I took a pregnancy test this morning that came out negative, but i'm wondering if it's actually too early to tell since the day of unprotected sex was on the 9th, and it's only been a little over a week and don't know if that's enough time for HCG to accumulate. What should i do?
