Anytime you forget to take a birth control pill and have sex it does minimally increase your risk of getting pregnant. You did what you were supposed to do in taking both saturday and sunday's pills when you remembered. If you are really concerned about getting pregnant, you may want to be extra diligent about taking the rest of your pills on time, and use a back-up method of birth control like the withdrawal method, or condoms until you have taken the pill consistently for a week.
