I had my removed about 3 months ago, due to the low sex drive side-effect and I am finally getting my mojo back (after 3 years). It is fantastic to WANT to have sex again. I had no idea how bad I really had gotten. I mean...I just about had to force myself to have sex with my fiancee. It was definitely causing a riff between us. He felt unwanted...and for good reason. I didn't want anyone else...I didn't want anyone at all. I urge you for the sake of your next relationship to remove it. I do not regret my decision and neither does my fiancee.
