I'm in the same boat with y'all! I've only had the Mirena for a little less than a year, right before I got married. Before that I was someone who would get instantly turned on with just a kiss. After having the IUD inserted it hurt, and there was a lot of cramping-but not unbearable-and then I was fine. However when I saw my fiancé before our wedding and he kissed me-nothing. Not a single thing and that lack of physical response caused me to question if I was marrying the right guy or not. I married him anyway and he is definitely the love of my life, but only 10 months later and my sex drive is own to zero, it feels like a chore, and I rarely want him to touch me-I just put up with it at times because I don't want to hurt his feelings. On top of that, I'm usually irritable for no good reason so I snap, which is not right for me since I'm a really really happy person. Just like the other anonymous post, I'm always tired even though I do great with exercise and food and get a ton of sleep. I can't take the pill cuz I always forget it, and my husband can't stand condoms… Is taking out the IUD the best option?
