My sex drive pre-Mirena was orginally through the roof. I loved sex I would go for it whenever I could. Post Mirena I have definitely noticed a decrease sex drive but it is still existent. I seem to feel like I want to have sex sometimes but the physical need for it isn't there all the time. But it seemed to work out for my boyfriend and I because the medications he is on makes his sex drive nearly non existent, or at least to me that is. 2-3x a week? Are you kidding? I used to want 2-3x a day! Now I can move down to his level more easily, but there is still tension b/c I need it more than he does.
