It sounds like a cliche, but I thought I was the only one! My sex drive was gone for the first 6 months I had my IUD, and caused a real problem in my relationship. I think it had a lot to do with how traumatic the insertion was, honestly. Luckily, it passed and our sex life is even better than it used to be!
