When you say you "feel nothing", are you saying you can not feel any sensation from oral sex, or that it does not cause heightened sexual arousal?

I'm curious if you feel sexually aroused during other forms of physical intimacy; you mentioned that you have a decreased feeling of pleasure during sex. I have found that the best way to really understand the root cause of an issue is to dismiss any "self-diagnosis" first ("my IUD is causing displeasure in sex"), but rather, take detailed notes on what is happening before, during and after physical intimacy. Are there other possible reasons that you may be "feeling nothing"? Has this lack-of-feeling been worsening over the past 5 years? What is the relationship like with your sexual partner(s)?

I ask these questions, so that you would not be disappointed if it were not being caused by your IUD, and could be a combination of factors.

Please let me know your thoughts?
