I am on the mini-pill Noriday, it a hormone in the progestogen group, like the Mirena. My libido skyrocketed after I started taking it - and I had a pretty healthy appetite before. I am wanting to get the Mirena and my doctor thinks that since the progestogen mini-pill is great for me then the Mirena should be too (hopefully).

I would be very interested to know if any of you were on a progestogen contraceptive before the Mirena and if you think that changed your libido.
