I went to have mine removed and the dr said that if they remove it and I change my mind again...they would be leary to put back in because it will cost $700. Besides the lack of a sex drive, I have no other symptoms so I opted to stick with it and she gave me estrogen to counteract. I have not had a period in 2 years and it is so wonderful. Next year I may just have my husband get snipped. I would like to hear of anyone that has had there Mirena removed and if their sex drive has returned. Anyone?
