I have had my mirena in for 4 1/2 years. It's coming out tomorrow. I have little to no sex drive, irritable, exhaustion and I can feel having sex but it doesn't feel super great most of the time. My hubby got fixed a few months ago because we both believe my lack of interest in sex (used to be a Nympho). I had it inserted after we had our first and only child. My gyno has repeatedly said that I must be stressed out and the IUD had nothing to do with it. This was not the same gyno that inserted it, not even with the same practice, so it's not like she's defending anything. I wish I had never had it put in.
