Thanks for the advice. To answer one of your questions/comments - The irregularity I was referring to was the fact that some months after taking the inactive/red pills my period would come normally and other months it wouldn't come and then during the months that my period did not come I would more than likely have some spotting during my active 21 days. Even my gyno was a bit confused as to why this was happening as I was taking the pill extremely regularly, every night as 6pm. I tried the pill again after my first child but have not tried it since my second (i've had the mirena since my 2nd child was 2 months old). I'll read the info you linked up for me and hopefully get the answers i'm looking for.
