Hi everyone, I have the same thing, including the chills. Everyone is talking about not being dehydrated bc they drink a lot of water. Water has NEVER worked to hydrate me. There was a time I was drinking so much I ended up in the ER for low electrolytes. The only thing that really hydrates is 16oz of juiced celery or the same amt if cucumber juice, which actually works slightly better for me. Sometimes I'm bad enough that I have to double up to 32ozs. If hydration is your problem this will work. Also salt is NOT my friend. While it bloats me up it pulls the water from my organs and makes me even more thirsty. Good luck, hope this helps.
