ME TOO! I always called them heat headaches: hot day, hot room, exercise heat (and ironically I'm a group exercise instructor), and hot sleeping is a biggie for me!!
Everything everyone on here has nentioned I have experienced and at 50, I've had to figure it all out myself. No doctor has ever been able to truly help me; just wanna give drugs when I wanted answers to help me help myself and PREVENT the headaches.
You all ROCK!! I'm so excited that I'm not alone and that some of the same things I've figured out work for others too and can prevent the headaches... although yes, there are times, like today, that I get caught off guard, which is why I ended up here. God Bless You All!!
