Maybe not in your world, but here on earth, women can get what seems like their period on time every month and still deliver a healthy baby in 9 months. My best friend thought she was pregnant when her period was two days late, then it arrived on the third day and stopped the forth day. She thought that because she bled, it was her period and she assumed she wasn't pregnant. To her surprise two months later, after her period came normally after that one-day episode, she found out she was almost 3 1/2 months pregnant. But the due date that the doctors gave her was way off because she delivered her daughter almost a month after the original date they gave her. She went to her gyno and the er and all the dates were off
