I have spreading between my second and third toe on my left foot. I am a tennis player. When I play, certain moves cause underneath my second toe have sharp pain. It feels as though it is hypo extended. My mother had separation between her second and third toe, but, never complained of pain. I am in good health other than underneath my second toe. I guess I need to go see a doctor.....
