Having been there myself and being surrounded by friends that are going through menopause; I think it is hilarious and my new favorite saying. There are many women who suffer and turn to HRT as an answer. Please research your options. There are some great alternatives out there without side effects or Cancer causing drugs.
I love the humor and think it is a good way to get the word out that this is a life-changing phase of our life. It can bring out the best in us as we embrace it.
