I have had my diagnosis for 7 years too
Right posterior fosser cyst - right medulla angle - near the brain stem - spine .
Trust me the symptoms you have are on par with mine - the flatness in personality - no motivation _ muscle twitches- joint pains and noises in the neck - spine - tingles - numbness- on and on it goes - we are strong to put up with this ! I am looking for surgery - what are you going to do ?
