Hello again,
I am in day 15 of the 28 day diet and I must say I have lost weight. I don't know how much because I let the way my clothes fit determine if I'm successful. I have to agree with one of the postings that you must maintain a low-carb, low-sugar, high protein diet. This also means watching your alcohol intake because your body will digest the alcohol before it digests the food. If there is too much alcohol to digest, your body won't get around to the food; the food will then be stored as fat. After the 28 day diet, I plan to do modify my diet and I will be sure to post everything that's worked for me. Once again, thank you ladies for all of your support.
