I wanted to add some more empathy/sympathy, too.

I've been in your boat several times, and know first-hand how frustrating it is. And, like you said, the wondering and waiting seems to take over your life. Can I have a beer tonight? Should I look at safety ratings for baby bottles? Is this nausea from impending period or am I pregnant?

I think the most important thing to do, as Diane and Alysia both said, is to relax and focus on something else in your life. This is very important to do, as when you finally do find out the result (either positive or negative)...then there is still more waiting to do. If it's positive, then you have to wait until you are 8 weeks pregnant (I think?) before the doctor even wants to see you. If it's negative, then you have to wait another few weeks before ovulating to try again. Your life, either way, is full of waiting...so maybe this is your chance to prove to yourself that you can learn the "zen" or "art of waiting" and find another activity that interests you in the meantime. Use these next few days or week to enrich your life in a new area; challenge yourself to a goal...and you will be much happier, stress-less, and relaxed to receive your results when the time is right. Use this time to eat the best you can, exercise the most, meditate, spend quality time with family and friends, find time to read quietly, or see a movie to get your mind on something else. You'll be glad you did!

:-)
