When I was 18, I dated a woman who was 32. She didn't mind just hanging out as opposed to going out. She might have been a bit immature for her age at the time though. Definitely not immature in bed though, like a lot of younger women are. Also one thing I like about older women is that they actually look like women. Young women still have that young girl look to them. I like womanly bodies and womanly faces. It's weird when she has a womanly body but the face of a 16 year old.
