A doctor in Florida or New Jersey is not going to help me as I'm in Maryland. I need someone in Maryland or West Virginia.

I did the year at $2400 and have just begun to re-up for another year. But I am not happy about it. Turns out I have a genetic problem with testosterone accumulating, so cannot take the testosterone pellets, and had to switch to a cream. So the only pellet I get now is estrogen, but that needs to be supplemented with vaginal estrogen. The pellets do peak and I get breast pain for at least a month this last round. Before I that I didn't.

While I think this doctor is a fine doctor, I think she needs to rethink the one size fits all payment plan, especially after the patient's needs are known. I think I will try to find someone else in this next year and do creams alone. My insurance will cover some of that and I will only pay for doctor visits -- which will not amount to $200 per month. And my insurance will likely reimburse me for some of that. They just balk at the $2400 figure and won't pay any of it.
