I lost my Step-mom on January fourth of this year.
The Church we go to has a grief support group. My best friends lost their Mom, Step dad, and two kids ages 1 and 3 in a house fire and they head the group.
Look around at churches - they sometimes have them and they are free and usally people who run them are going through the same thing you are.
