Hi,
Thank you for sharing your story. I can not imagine living with voices in my head, that sometimes are helpful and positive, and other times are scary and harmful. You have a lot of courage!

What has advice has provided the most help from your therapist and your mom? Do they offer coping strategies, or stress management techniques, that continue to help, and if so, can you describe them? What do you do when the voices are at their worst, and you are not with your therapist?
