You sound very stressed about this---I'm sorry! With irregular cycles, it is impossible for us to tell you if you are pregnant or not, and how likely it is.
I can tell you it is likely that sperm was inside your vagina with unprotected intercourse, whether or not your boyfriend ejaculated inside or "pulled out" in time. An erect penis can have some ejaculate (containing sperm) on the tip. This "pre-ejaculate" is present on a erect penis even before the man has an orgasm and ejaculates.
It is much less likely that you would become pregnant through pre-ejaculate (compared to a man that ejaculates fully into the back of the vagina, near the cervix), but it is possible.
Home pregnancy tests are about 99% accurate when taken after a missed period, and you should know either way within the week. I'm sorry you have to wait this long, I know it can be agonizing!
