I love the neti pot. It sat on my shelf after I purchased it for about a month before I had the courage to try it. I read about it as much as I could online and watched the videos. When I first tried it the water would not come out but I tried it again and everything was great. My sinuses opened up and it felt wonderful. My sense of smell was so acute after using it. I use it every day now. Try it - you will love it.
