Of course I can't give you an absolute answer -- only your period or a pregnancy test will solve that one. It is very unlikely that you could get pregnant with no penetration, with the lake, and with your swimsuit on. Very unlikely. There's always a very small chance whenever a man's erect penis comes in contact with the vagina that some pre-ejaculate could find its way in, but the way you describe it, my opinion would be that odds would be against your being pregnant.
When is your period due? Are you late?
And do you know whether the day that you were in the lake was one of your more fertile days?
