Have you told each of the men that you're pregnant and that there's a possibility they are the father?
In addition to the excellent information Susan gave you, I want to encourage you to tell them NOW. It shouldn't come as a big surprise to them since they were having unprotected sex with you. You can figure out the easiest way to tell each one.
Are you afraid of their responses? Or are these good people who will likely do the right thing by you?
