I have a bone chip on top of my foot from when I fell, she thinks it will be absorbed by the tissue. I had a 2nd my steriod injection a week ago and my foot pain is worse. I have orthodics that she wants me to wear and they hurt. She said to back down on using then and has ordered me to have PT. How can that help my foot? Its is brusied and swollen. This is not fun and I just want to be normal?! Thanks your for comment.
