I would love to share that Joey's exercise program does work. Most of my weight is in the Hip, Thigh, and Butt area. Last year I started Joey's program and only did about 50% of the exercises. I was amazed at the progress I made in such a short time. His program does work and I lost many inches with those specific exercises. I highly recommend his program because it does work.
