Hi there! So glad you're going to try the ulbht DVD -- I've really gotten so much out of it. I'm not doing as much cardio as I used to, and yet I'm stronger and leaner than I was before I started Joey's program. I do the ulbht exercises three times a week and also have started doing his "Abs of Stone" DVD once or twice a week if I have time. The days that I don't do the exercises (2 or 3 days), I'll get up an hour early and walk at a fast pace for about 45 minutes. Sometimes I wear ankle weights or carry 2-pound dumbells to mix it up. I'm not running at all any more. I was running 5-6 miles almost every day and it was just getting too hard on my body. Plus I think all that cardio was wearing away my muscles.

I weighed myself last week and discovered that I've lost 5 pounds. I was shocked because I'm not trying to lose weight -- I just want to get rid of my cellulite. So I'm going to eat more to compensate. I'd heard that people lose a lot of weight while doing his exercises, and I wasn't so interested in that personally, but apparently his program is really effective!
